My tulips are blooming... finally

Planted late last fall, my attempt to have tulips bloom has been awarded this year. The picture was taken on the 7th and they are in their prime today. I hope they last until next week when my parents will get to see them. No luck with the daffodils, which were planted at the same time. Also in the bed are snapdragons (not yet blooming), pansies and a couple petunias and lobelia.
