These pictures were taken on 4/26/08 (Sat.), but the big storm had swept in and stalled over our area on Friday leaving us with approximately a foot and a half of snow. Some areas got more and some got less. As you know we live quite close to the mountains so clouds tend to bank up over our house and dump whatever they have before they pass on. It had been quite warm, most of the existing snow was gone, this gave everything a fresh and clean look for about a day or two, by Monday the temperatures were back up in the 40s and 50s and it was melting fast.
